Blue Ribbon Homes was founded in 2003 in El Paso County, Texas by Stephen P. Tullius, President. Mr. Tullius is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso. Since inception, Steve and the business have focused on providing residents of El Paso with quality construction, delivered with integrity.
Our commitment to our clients is unequaled in the marketplace. We build, add-on, and remodel homes with a high degree of customer participation in the design and construction process. We believe that today's builder must meet a higher standard than ever before.

Stephen P. Tullius - A native of El Paso, Texas, Steve provides corporate direction, negotiates contracts, and acquires capital necessary for growth. Steve graduated at the top of his class at the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1992. Since then, he has over seventeen years experience managing several million dollars in assets, budgeting personnel and capital resources, implementing large commercial construction, and managing over 80 people for two large Fortune 100 corporations.
In 2003, while still a director of Price's Creameries, a local branch of Dean Foods Inc., Steve opened and managed a construction company focused on providing residents of El Paso with quality construction, delivered with integrity. His construction company, Blue Ribbon Contracting, has gained notoriety in the local marketplace.

James R. Tullius -Jim is a lifetime resident of El Paso, Texas.
Jim has been in the construction industry since 1968. His 41 years of experience have covered many facets of the industry, ranging from small residential jobs to large, complex commercial projects including large warehouse, office and cooler expansions. His 22 years of experience as the managing partner of Tullius Construction, Inc. afford
him the efficiency of operational workflows necessary to ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of each individual project to be completed. More important, however, is his commitment to the ideal, premium quality construction, built to last.

William C. Tullius -Bill is a native resident of El Paso, Texas. He has over 26 years experience in residential and commercial construction ventures bringing with him relationships with subcontractors and suppliers that have been developed throughout his career in the El Paso area. His relentless attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality product has earned the respect of large and small clients alike. He has performed countless commercial office expansion/renovations in El Paso, directly for property owners as well as for general contracting entities.
Bill supervises multiple projects simultaneously for Blue Ribbon across El Paso and El Paso County.

Subcontractor Team
|
Subcontractors are the backbone of our contracting business, and are required to meet rigorous project organization and project completion challenges in order to earn their positions on our Blue Ribbon team. Our Subcontractor Team saw fluctuation over the years in our relentless pursuit of quality construction delivery. The current team is comprised of long-time El Paso companies that we have chosen as long-term partners because of their consistent quality and on-time delivery. Our Team is well versed in light and heavy commercial construction design techniques and applications. Their crew compositions are large and can be readily increased to accommodate for any significant influx of projects or change in project skill requirements.
