We at Blue Ribbon Homes strive to provide our clients with the best products and
services available in today’s market. We go to great lengths to see that product
manufacturer’s recommendations are followed when assembling the systems that
will ultimately end up as permanent fixtures in your home. Even with our
dedication and diligence in combining thousands of individual components to
complete your project, there are still times when we must return and make slight
adjustments as a result of our error. We acknowledge that we are not perfect,
but we do stand behind our work 100%. Because we want your total experience with
Blue Ribbon Homes to be a favorable one, we offer you the following warranties
on work that we perform:
For General Remodeling:
• We offer a one year materials and workmanship warranty from the date of
completion.
For New Home Construction:
• We offer a one year materials and workmanship warranty form the date of
completion.
• We offer a ten year warranty on structural components.
• We offer a ten year warranty on habitability.
For Roofing:
• We offer a two year materials and workmanship warranty from the date of
completion.
• We offer an additional eight years warranty on workmanship.
Please note:
• No Warranty is given on items supplied by homeowner.
• Homeowner is responsible for requesting all manufacturer’s warranties on
fixtures and appliances.
For all warranty items, please initiate a work order using your project
management interface. If you have forgotten your user name an password, please
contact our office so we can provide you access to your project archive.
